The Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part Time Vendor Compliance Intern (French-Speaking) to support our French-speaking vendor base in Quebec. In this role, you'll assist vendors with compliance documentation, including verifying French-language Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and provide responsive customer support via email, phone, and chat.
What you’ll be doing
- Provide customer support to French-speaking vendors through email, phone, and live chat.
- Review and verify French-language Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to ensure compliance with property management requirements.
- Assist vendors with understanding compliance requirements and uploading necessary documents.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, troubleshooting issues related to compliance and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to improve compliance processes and vendor engagement.
What we are looking for
- Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Experience with customer service or administrative support is an asset.
- Familiarity with compliance processes or insurance documentation is a plus.

Compensation:
Minimum Wage - $23/hr
Hours:
Part-time (20 hours per week)
