The Role

We're actively seeking top-tier Business Development Representatives to become integral members of our VendorPM sales team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in expanding our presence into new markets throughout North America. Your primary focus will be working with our Account Executives on identifying ICP companies and igniting relationships to enhance our brand recognition in hopes of achieving our ambitious sales goals. You'll be instrumental in generating interest in our exclusive platform among Property Management companies across diverse sectors, including commercial, retail, industrial, and residential. 


What we are looking for

  • 1+ years of outbound solicitation experience preferably in SaaS or tech. 
  • Experience with high-volume cold calling. 
  • Proven success with igniting relationships with Large/Enterprise companies. 
  • Exceptional written/ verbal communication skills.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce and Salesloft (or other) to manage accounts effectively. 
  • Ability to handle a large number of accounts and manage multiple pipelines concurrently.
  • Performance-driven and highly motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Energetic and outgoing personality, able to engage prospects and build rapport easily.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify, research and qualify new companies for targeting purposes in your territory. 
  • Develop and execute innovative outbound solicitation strategies to capture the interest of our ICPs. 
  • Own the lead pipeline from initial contact through to qualification.
  • Become an expert in the VendorPM platform and the property management industry.
  • Assist AEs throughout the sales journey, providing necessary support and insights.
  • Conduct effective discovery calls to educate and qualify potential prospects.
  • Maintain and manage a well-organized sales pipeline to align with team targets.
  • Adapt sales strategies in response to market trends and feedback.
  • Provide personalized advice and solutions to both prospects and clients.
  • Participate in industry events to expand our client network and market presence.

Bonus if you have: 

  • English/French as a second language

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent 
 

Compensation:

$50,000 Salary + $30,000 Bonus/Commission = $80,000 OTE
