The Role

As Head of US Sales, you will leverage your deep experience and network in the US Residential and Commercial Real Estate market to expand VendorPM’s solution nationwide. As the first “boots on the ground” role in the US, you will have a tremendous opportunity to drive revenue and make an impact, work with autonomy, and in the future, build a team. In 2022 we launched US operations in Chicago; the Head of US Enterprise Sales will lead our US expansion activities, working with VPs & C Suite industry leaders. 

Sales and Business Development:

  • Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, closing deals, contract administration, and turnover to customer success for onboarding
  • Develop new outbound prospecting strategies and optimize existing ones
  • Build and maintain relationships with the C-Suite/key decision-makers within multi-family and commercial property management companies
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns for generating new business opportunities in the US market
  • Conduct virtual and live software demonstrations and presentations
  • Represent VendorPM at industry events to create brand awareness
  • Develop a library of sales assets for business development and expansion opportunities with US clients (i.e., briefs, scripts, nurture programs, emails, sales enablement kits)
  • Implement a "land and expand" approach to increase client ARR

Revenue Management and Operations:

  • Take ownership of the US P&L
  • Contribute to the US Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution
  • Oversee RevOps (assume 1 direct report)
  • Develop and implement ICP segmentation and SOPs within target markets
  • Forecast and report on revenue
  • Develop consistent and predictable PMC revenue

Marketing and Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and optimize top-of-funnel (lead gen) strategy and monitor progress
  • Ensure optimal transition to client services
  • Develop and enforce sales SOPs in collaboration with Marketing/Sales lead to roll out internal/external communications and processes

Team Management and Development:

  • Although you will start off as more of a player than a coach, in the future, you will hire and train sales personnel
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to sales team members
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Work with Finance and HR to develop headcount plans and financial models for US Sales 

Candidate Profile:

  • Results-driven, committed to meeting objectives and delivering outcomes
  • Ready for a challenge, with a positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Consultative, able to become an expert on our product and prospective customers' businesses to identify opportunities and demonstrate a clear ROI
  • Resourceful, able to utilize the network of resources available to formulate appropriate solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, selling B2B SaaS in the property management /commercial real estate sector ( must have).
  • You have industry experience and know who’s who in the CRE sector, understand our customers,s and have a built solid network in the US market
  • You have a track record of delivering results in a quota-driven environment. 
  • Preference given to candidates who have experience and a network in Chicago, Boston and Washington.
